Electric Radiant Heat

Electric systems are especially well suited for small areas and for renovations when the floor cannot be raised.
Electric radiant heat is designed to be installed in a thin bed of mortar or thinset.  It is relatively simple to install and is virtually maintenance free.  Since electric systems utilize electric resistance cables, they tend to be more expensive to operate than hydronic systems.  In small areas, though, they are usually less expensive to install than hydronic systems.  If you would like a bid for an area, please submit a bid request.
